Deadlines, and the documents that never arrive.
Every VAT quarter and year-end looks the same: a long list of clients, half of whom haven't sent their documents yet, and staff writing reminder emails instead of doing advisory work.
In the Netherlands most firms work in Exact Online, AFAS, Twinfield or similar; the opportunity is not replacing them, but feeding them cleaner input with less manual work.
Where AI earns its keep.
Receipts, invoices and statements read, classified and filed per client.
Polite, specific reminders for exactly what is missing, until it arrives.
Draft entries prepared for review in your accounting package.
Monthly or quarterly reports with a plain-language summary.
Staff ask about procedures and get answers with the source.
Built around the rules.
Accountants carry professional duties; the AI supports, it does not sign off.
Your stack, connected.
What we can show you.
We have not yet published an accountancy client case. We run hands-on AI training for teams (in-company half days from €1,950) and can show the intake and chasing flows on sample data.
Accountants can also refer clients through our partner programme, with clear fees disclosed to the client.
Common questions.
Does the AI book entries automatically?
Only if you want it to for low-risk, high-confidence items. Most firms start with drafts that an accountant approves.
Which packages do you support?
Exact Online, AFAS, Odoo and Xero through their APIs, and others where an API or export exists.
Can clients send documents by WhatsApp?
Yes. Documents arriving on WhatsApp or email are read, classified and filed to the right client.
Is there a Dutch version of this page?
Yes, see accountantskantoren in Dutch.
