Industrial zones, schools and family firms.
Sharjah has large industrial areas and free zones (such as SAIF Zone and Hamriyah) full of trading, packaging and light-manufacturing companies whose day starts with orders and quotation requests arriving on WhatsApp and email, in Arabic, English, Hindi or Urdu.
It is also a city of schools, universities and family businesses where the owner still answers many messages personally. For those firms the first win is usually simple: no enquiry left waiting, and a clean record of what was asked.
Local, in practice.
Agents that open in Arabic and switch to English, with a formal or familiar tone you choose.
Product enquiries on WhatsApp and email turned into a structured quote request for your sales desk.
Admissions questions, fees you publish and visit bookings for schools and training centres.
A short daily WhatsApp summary of enquiries, orders and open questions.
Workshops and Blueprint sessions on site, a short drive from Dubai.
Regulation, in plain words.
Sharjah follows federal UAE law for personal data; health and education add their own layers. We design so your advisers can sign off quickly.
What firms here start with.
A short drive, not a flight.
Sharjah clients get the same treatment as Dubai clients: the audit, the Blueprint sessions and team training can happen at your office, and the build runs in your own accounts.
We have not published a Sharjah client case. On a call we show the Arabic/English WhatsApp flow on sample data and map it onto your own enquiries.
Published prices.
Prices for UAE clients are quoted in AED, excl. VAT. Free 30-minute audit and a free 7-day pilot (one per company).
Common questions.
Do you have an office in Sharjah?
No. Oravel is based in Dubai and visits Sharjah clients in person by arrangement; the rest of the work runs online.
Can the agent handle Urdu or Hindi messages?
It can read and reply in most major languages your customers use. We test the languages that matter to you before go-live and keep Arabic and English as the approved defaults.
We are in a Sharjah free zone. Does the PDPL apply?
Free zones without their own data-protection law generally fall under the federal PDPL. We confirm the position for your licence in the Blueprint; your legal adviser makes the call.
What does it cost in AED?
AI Blueprint AED 7,900 (credited to the build), one system from AED 15,900, Run & Care AED 1,990 a month per system, all excl. VAT.
