Built for Antwerp's paperwork.

Since 1 January 2026, Belgian companies must exchange structured e-invoices with each other. Add port logistics, trade and three languages, and there is a lot of document work worth automating.

Short answer

For Antwerp companies, ORVL builds AI agents that handle customer questions in Flemish Dutch, French and English, process purchase invoices and documents around Belgium's mandatory B2B e-invoicing (Peppol, since 1 January 2026), and chase missing paperwork for port, logistics and trading firms. One system from €3,900 excl. VAT. Oravel is based in Dubai and works with Antwerp clients remotely.

Why this city is different

New invoice rules, old manual habits.

Belgium made structured electronic invoicing between Belgian VAT-registered businesses mandatory from 1 January 2026, generally exchanged through the Peppol network. Invoices now arrive as structured data, which makes automated checking and booking far easier than with PDFs.

Antwerp's economy (the port, logistics, chemicals and the diamond trade) runs on documents and on strict compliance, including anti-money-laundering obligations in the diamond sector.

Rules we build around

Regulation, in plain words.

Belgian privacy law is supervised by the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA/APD).

GDPR, supervised in Belgium by the GBA/APD
Mandatory B2B e-invoicing (Peppol) since 1 January 2026
Marketing email to named persons: treat as consent-based; the 'Bel-me-niet-meer' list applies to calls
AML decisions (e.g. in the diamond sector) always made by your compliance staff
How we work with you

Remote, in Dutch.

We work with Antwerp clients online, in Dutch or English. In-person sessions can be arranged.

We have no Belgian office and have not published a Belgian client case yet. We are not tax advisers; your accountant confirms the e-invoicing set-up.

Yes, as well as Flemish Dutch and English.

Is cold outreach allowed in Belgium?

Rules are strict for emails to named persons; we only build follow-up for people who contacted you or are customers, and recommend checking campaigns with Belgian counsel.

What does it cost?
