Exact Online organises data per administration (division). Agents work only in the divisions you authorise, which matters for accountancy firms with many client administrations.
The API has rate limits per minute and per day, so we design builds to batch work sensibly rather than hammer the API.

What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.

Does it replace our bookkeeping software's own scanning?
Not necessarily. Exact's own tools handle a lot. Agents add the parts around it: chasing, exceptions, reporting and multi-step workflows.
Can it work across many client administrations?
Yes, for divisions you authorise, which is why it suits accountancy firms.
