Every enquiry is urgent to the person sending it.
Someone with a dismissal letter, a tenancy dispute or a business conflict wants to know today whether a firm can help. In many small and mid-sized firms that first call lands with a secretary or a junior lawyer who is also working on files, and a message left on a Friday afternoon is answered on Monday.
Most of that first contact is administrative: what is the matter about, who is the other party, how urgent is it, what does a first consultation cost. That part can be structured. Whether the firm takes the case, and what the client should do, is legal work and stays with lawyers.
Where AI earns its keep.
Area of law, short description, deadlines mentioned and counterparties, captured in the same format every time.
Names of the client and other parties collected and matched against your relations list for a lawyer to review.
Slots in the right practice group's calendar, with the fee for a first meeting stated as you publish it.
A clear list of what to bring or upload before the meeting, followed up if it does not arrive.
Weekly unbilled hours, WIP and overdue invoices per lawyer, with a short written summary.
Built around professional secrecy.
Lawyers carry confidentiality duties that go further than data-protection law. The design keeps client information inside systems the firm controls and leaves every legal judgement to a lawyer.
Your stack, connected.
What we can show you.
We have not published a law-firm client case, and we will not invent one. On a call we walk through the intake flow with sample data and show exactly which questions the agent asks and where it stops.
Firms that want to try it first can use the free 7-day pilot on their website contact form, with a lawyer reviewing every summary.
Common questions.
Does the agent give legal advice?
No. It collects facts, explains your process and fees as you publish them, and books a meeting. Anything that sounds like a legal question is passed to a lawyer.
Can it run the conflict check itself?
It prepares it: it collects the names of all parties and matches them against your relations list. A lawyer or the compliance officer reviews the result and decides.
Where is client data stored?
In your own practice management system and Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace where possible. AI processing runs in the EU or UAE as agreed in the Blueprint.
Which practice management systems do you connect?
Clio, Basenet, Legalsense and others with an API. If yours has no API, we start with email and calendar and a lawyer copies the intake into the file.
