What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
You stay in control.
The agent runs on your WhatsApp Business account and your calendar. You approve its knowledge and tone before go-live, and you can switch it off at any time.
Common questions.
Can it work on our existing WhatsApp number?
Usually yes. The number moves to the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API version). A number used in the normal WhatsApp Business app has to be migrated, which we handle with you; chat history in the app is not carried over.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The free 7-day pilot puts a starter agent on your website or WhatsApp, trained on your FAQs, in English or Arabic. One pilot per company.
What does WhatsApp itself cost?
Meta charges per message for some message types, for example template messages sent outside the 24-hour customer-service window. Those fees depend on volume and country and are estimated in your Blueprint.
Will callers know it is AI?
Yes. We label it as an assistant. Under the EU AI Act (Article 50) people must be told when they are talking to an AI system, and we apply the same standard in the UAE.
