Leads, cases, opportunities, Flows.
The agent reads and writes standard objects (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, cases, tasks) and any custom objects you approve. It can be triggered from a record-triggered Flow or Platform Event, so your existing automation stays the entry point.
API access is included in some Salesforce editions (such as Enterprise and Unlimited) and not in others without an add-on. We confirm what your org has before quoting, rather than discovering it halfway through the build.
What agents do in Salesforce.
First reply and qualification within minutes; lead status and owner updated.
Cases classified, prioritised and given a drafted reply for the agent in the console.
Meeting summaries and next steps written as activities on the opportunity.
Duplicates and missing fields flagged for review, not silently merged.
Pipeline and case trends in plain language, posted to Slack or Teams.
How access works.
Your Salesforce admin stays in charge of what the agent can touch.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Do you build inside Salesforce or outside it?
Mostly outside, calling the API, so we don't add Apex code your team has to maintain. Where a Flow or small component helps, we agree it with your admin first.
What about Agentforce?
If you use Salesforce's own AI agents, we don't compete with them. We usually connect the parts outside Salesforce: WhatsApp, email, other systems and your own approval steps.
Can you work with our Salesforce partner?
Yes. We are happy to work alongside an existing implementation partner who owns the org configuration.
