Past-client reactivation for estate agencies.

Former buyers, landlords and valuation requests that never listed are worked through in a structured way, with a relevant reason to get back in touch.

Short answer

For estate agencies, a reactivation engine reads your CRM for past buyers, landlords, tenants and valuation requests that never became listings, scores them on signals such as time since purchase or tenancy renewal dates, groups them by reason and drafts a personal message per contact for an agent to approve. ORVL builds it from €12,000 excl. VAT.

The problem

Why estate agencies look at reactivation engine.

An agency's CRM holds years of buyers, landlords and valuation requests. Many of those people will sell, let or buy again, and most of them will call whichever agent reaches them at the right moment, not necessarily the one who helped last time.

Agents know this, but a structured programme needs time nobody has: who bought five years ago, whose tenancy ends next quarter, who asked for a valuation and then went quiet.

Integrations

Systems it works with.

Old CRM data is messy; the Blueprint checks how many records have usable dates and consent.

Agency CRM (HubSpot, Zoho or a real-estate CRM)
Transaction and tenancy records
Email from agents' own addresses
WhatsApp Business Platform templates
Approval queue per agent
Guardrails

Where a human decides.

Past clients trusted you once; the programme must not spend that trust.

Only contacts with consent or a valid basis; opt-outs excluded permanently
No valuation figures in the first message; valuations done by an agent
Dubai: market claims consistent with your permitted advertising
Every message approved by the agent whose name is on it
Measuring it

How you know it works.

Measure: past clients contacted, valuations booked from replies, and listings won from reactivated contacts within six months.

Example with assumed numbers: an agency has 3,000 past contacts with consent. If an assumed 2% book a valuation after a personal message, that is 60 valuations; your own valuation-to-listing rate decides what that is worth.

The example uses assumed numbers to show the method. It is not a client result or a promise.

Honest fit check

When this is not the right build.

If your CRM is less than two years old or holds few completed transactions, there is not enough history to reactivate yet.

FAQ

Common questions.

Will it send messages in the agent's name?

Drafts are written for the agent who knew the client, and that agent approves and sends them.

Can it use public sales data?

Where public transaction data is available and lawful to use, it can add context such as recent sales nearby. It does not scrape portals.
