The control panel for your agents.
Most of our builds report into Slack (or Microsoft Teams): a new lead scored, a refund waiting for approval, a report delivered, an error that needs a look.
Approvals happen with buttons in the message, so a manager can approve a payout draft or a customer reply from their phone.
What agents do in Slack.
Approve, edit or reject an agent's proposed action in one click.
Exceptions and errors posted to the right channel.
What the agents did yesterday, in a few lines.
Internal questions answered from your documents, with sources.
Sales reps notified when a lead is ready.
How access works.
The Slack app only sees the channels it is added to.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
Do you support Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Teams works the same way for alerts, summaries and approvals.
Does the agent read all our Slack messages?
No. It only sees channels it is invited to, and only for the purpose of the build.
Is Slack required?
No. Approvals can also come by email or WhatsApp. Slack is simply convenient.
