Deals, persons, activities, webhooks.
Pipedrive's API covers deals, persons, organisations, leads, activities and notes, and its webhooks fire when any of them change. That lets an agent act within seconds of a form landing in the Leads Inbox.
Most Pipedrive teams already rely on activity reminders. We keep that habit and let the agent create the activity, instead of inventing a parallel to-do list somewhere else.
What agents do in Pipedrive.
New leads answered, scored with a reason and converted to deals when they qualify.
Calls, meetings and email threads summarised and attached to the right deal.
Deals without a scheduled activity flagged to their owner every morning.
Stages moved by your rules, with value thresholds that need approval.
A short weekly note: won, lost, stuck, and the reasons given.
How access works.
We prefer a separate integration user to a personal token, so access survives staff changes and can be audited.
What it costs.
All prices excl. VAT. "From" covers a standard scope; your fixed quote comes from the Blueprint. Model and messaging fees (for example WhatsApp per-message charges from Meta) depend on volume and are estimated in the Blueprint.
Common questions.
API token or OAuth?
For a single company, an integration user's API token is simplest. OAuth makes sense when you want access granted and revoked by an admin through Pipedrive's marketplace flow. We advise per case.
Does it replace Pipedrive's own AI features?
No. Use them where they help. We add what they don't cover: replies on WhatsApp, your own qualification rules, and links to tools outside Pipedrive.
Which plan do we need?
API access is available on Pipedrive's plans, but some features (like certain automations or visibility settings) vary by plan. We check yours in the Blueprint.
